To rent a car, drivers must be at least 19 years old and have held a valid driving license for at least one year. A young driver fee applies for those aged 25 and under, while a senior driver fee is applicable for drivers aged 75 and older. If your driving license is not in the Roman alphabet (e.g., Arabic, Greek, Russian, or Chinese), you'll need to present both an International Driving Permit and your national driving license. The additional fees for young or senior drivers are €7.5 per day.

You’ll need to present a valid driver’s license along with a passport or an official ID card. Only the original physical documents are accepted; we cannot accept digital copies or photocopie.

Yes, a deposit is required if you opt for the standard insurance (without full insurance). The deposit amount varies by car category, ranging from €1,100 to €2,500. However, if you choose full insurance, no deposit is needed. You can use a debit card or cash for the deposit, but the card must match the driver’s name. Please note that American Express is not accepted.

No, a credit card is not required to book with us. You can use a debit card or cash for payment. However, the card must be in the driver’s name, and we do not accept American Express.

The basic insurance includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) with an excess amount that varies by car category. In case of damage or theft, you are liable to pay up to the excess limit. Additionally, the insurance includes Third Party Liability (TPL) coverage of up to €500,000. This ensures protection against third-party claims in the event of an accident.

Full insurance (PLUS) eliminates your financial responsibility for vehicle damage with zero deductible. It includes protection against theft or attempted theft (excluding items left inside the vehicle) and covers damage to windows, headlights, and tires (except chipped tires and wheel rims). Additionally, it provides comprehensive roadside assistance to ensure you’re supported in any situation.

Full insurance does not cover incidents involving driving under the influence, loss of keys, incorrect fueling, or negligent driving (such as driving on prohibited roads or reckless maneuvers). It also excludes damage to the undercarriage, roof, clutch due to misuse, sidewalls of tires, and rims. Additionally, fines, engine damage due to negligence, damage to the interior, loss of documents, and theft of personal belongings are not covered.

Yes, if you pay the deposit during the online booking process, your reservation is automatically confirmed, and you’ll receive an email with the status "Booking Confirmed." If payment is not made, you will receive a "Validating Payment" email, and the reservation will expire if not completed promptly, requiring you to rebook

Yes, a 25% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If payment isn’t completed, your booking will expire, and you’ll need to rebook. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due when you pick up the car, payable by debit, credit card, or cash.

If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup, you’ll receive a full refund of your 25% deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. To cancel, email us at info@mubrent.com. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and appear in your account.

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. To request changes, please email us at info@mubrent.com. If the changes affect the booking price, the new rate will be based on the current prices at the time of the modification.

Please return the car with the same fuel level it had at pickup. If the fuel level is lower, a fee of €25 will be charged for every quarter tank missing. There is no refund for any extra fuel left in the tank when the car is returned.

We can't guarantee specific car models, as we offer vehicles within groups that share similar features, particularly in terms of power.
